From its inception, InwinQ Industries mission was to close the loop on consumption, waste, and industry by recovering sustainable commodities that could re-enter the manufacturing supply chain. The InwinQ Industries factory is the most sustainable prestress and precast concrete plant in India, making use of techniques to drive down the impact of the manufacturing process on the environment and its resources.

InwinQ Industries has a pragmatic and yet creative approach to energy and waste problems, consistently rising to the challenge of providing innovative, sustainable, and economical solutions.

InwinQ’s technology helps reduce pollution considerably and prevents the wastage of materials. A lot of heat is generated during the conventional on-site concreting stage. InwinQ precast elements are made at the factory and transported to the site, which helps avoid heat generation. The strategic location of InwinQ’s production facility means delivery road miles and vehicle emissions are reduced. InwinQ Precast technology is the most sustainable technology that prevents waste right from the raw material stage. Since no stocking of materials like steel, cement, and aggregate is required at the site, there is no wastage of materials due to poor storage, spillage, spoilage, or washing away of the materials due to natural reasons like rain and wind. There is no question of construction debris piling up at the site, thus making InwinQ Precast technology the right technology to reduce any kind of waste. In an industry where safety is a key watchword, we have implemented companywide education and training programs and developed our own lifting systems and procedures to reduce the risk posed by heavy material handling onsite.

In the field of waste to energy, after years of research and due diligence on niche technologies for recycling petroleum-based waste, specifically for the processing of tires, plastics, and shredder residues, InwinQ acquired its own pyrolysis IP, a platform technology that has been proven overseas. The Advanced Conversion Technology has been optimized to recycle high-calorific waste, which is the primary focus of the InwinQ Team. .
